Plantaura pieces are carefully packed and shipped from our studio in Toronto, Canada.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Tracking information is provided when your order leaves the studio.
Estimated delivery times
North America: approximately 3–8 business days
International destinations: approximately 7–28 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or local delivery conditions.
Each piece is packed with care to help ensure it arrives safely. If anything arrives damaged or not as expected, please reach out and the studio will make it right.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns
Each Plantaura piece is made and packed with care. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact the studio within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue.
If damage occurred during shipping, we will offer a replacement product. In some cases, a full or partial refund may be issued at the studio’s discretion.
Because our pieces are functional objects intended for use and handling, returns for change of mind are not accepted. We encourage customers to review product images and descriptions carefully before ordering.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is not covered unless the issue is due to damage or defect.
All orders are packed, shipped, and supported by the studio.
