The Helix is a sculptural planter designed to grow with time.
Its continuous spiral form lifts the planting bowl in a flowing, layered motion, allowing light and shadow to move naturally across the surface throughout the day. The form is printed as a single, seamless piece and hand finished to a soft, matte texture.
At the base, a hidden internal water-catch is built directly into the structure, collecting excess moisture without the need for a separate saucer. This allows plants to be watered directly while keeping surrounding surfaces protected.
The interior bowl is gently tapered and integrated into the overall form rather than treated as a separate container. Plants settle naturally into the shape as they grow, encouraging a more hands-on, lived-in relationship with the piece.
Helix is intended to be used, not staged.
Well suited for succulents, cuttings, small houseplants, or trailing growth. The 8″ scale gives the piece a sculptural presence without the weight or bulk of traditional ceramic planters.
